Customizeable playground for students
The successful completion of this design is one of my proudest career achievements. It started however, at a low. My team developed an application that fell victim to tremendous scope creep and could barely outperform its deprecated predecessor. As soon as we launched I pushed for an immediate UX/content audit of the application. The data was overwhelmingly negative, which gave me the information and political space to champion a prompt redesign. Within six months we had an upgraded application that successfully serves over 17,000 users daily.
